Hoisting bedsheet flags and papier mache' puppets, approximately 200 people marched to the Richmond headquarters of Massey Energy Company today demanding a change in a type of coal mining in West Virginia. At issue is so-called mountaintop removal in which dirt and rock are blasted from mountains to uncover coal. The leftover dirt is then deposited over streams, which rankles environmentalists.At the downtown Massey building, the crowd shouted "shame" as workers peered out of darkened windows. But Katharine Kenny -- vice president of Massey investor relations -- says nobody but accountants could have come out to greet them. In her words... "There is NO chief executive here.
