In the governor's office--open for business, but safe for kids?

Ed parks the pennies in the governor's office.

Governor Manchin (gray tie) gets an earful.

The press follows the governor down the hall, trying to get some real answers.

The governor (back to camera, standing, middle) had another event scheduled outside, near where Pennies of Promise supporters had gathered.

Pennies of Promise supporters allow the governor, Joe Manchin, time with his other event, then, before he can leave, they move in shouting "Joe, kids first!"
